Works had to be completed within a very tight deadline of 10 days for the end-user client who wished to move in soon after the purchase of the apartment.

Re-decoration
of all bedrooms (walls, ceilings and woodwork)
Re-decoration
of all hallways (walls, ceiling and woodwork)

of Kitchen and Study (walls, ceilings and wood work)
Full
service and maintenance of the Air-conditioning plant to ensure all FCU units
where de-bugged, fully cleaned and fully operational.
Full
service and maintenance of the hot water system and boiler, works required a
replacement expansion vessel, circulation pump, 2-port valve, boiler ECU, fan
and burners to name just a few components
Replacement
of any faulty lights and transformers
Full
deep clean of the entire apartment, including balconies and all stone flooring
Replacement
of all bedroom carpets to a high specification
Replacement
of various blinds/curtains
Full
clean of the main drainage system
Removal,
Installation and supervision and staging of all the clients furniture and
personal items from the old apartment into the new.
Supply
and staging of flowers and vases to the new property
