We were instructed to manage the entire block of 32 apartments in the block with underground parking, day porters and communal boiler plant.
We decided to work and team up with a leading block management company in order to provide the best service to the tenants and we would be looking after the day to day operations which require the most care and communication.
Having looked at the block we had to carry out a number of immediate improvements from installation of a new state of the art CCTV system and upgrade of the Lift door edges and complete replacement of the two boilers with new BMS systems.
We had then provided a PMP plan for future works required to the roof, external emergency stair case works, lift replacements and both internal & external decoration works allowing tenants a plan for future works.
All tenants had direct communication with us and ability to talk anytime for updates and questions as effective communication and transparency is the key to success when managing a block of this type.
