Works included the wiring and installation of a new CCTV system that could be monitored remotely by the owner. Addition of air conditioning to the property, ensuring there was no infringement on planning or conservation area consent and maintain the look and feel of the property by thinking outside the box and building enclosures for the external condensers and hiding of the pipe work within custom down pipes. Works to enhance and fully modernise existing audio / video system to include a distributed system throughout the property and ensuring the system works to the client’s requirements which included the integration and installation of a colouring changing LED light system. The project ran on time and to budget and involved major works to allow the cabling to be installed and hidden from site.
