Working
with the tenants to ensure the building is well maintained and elements
neglected in previous years were addressed, this also included the settlement
and closure of open issues with the adjoining property. Looking after the day
to day maintenance and addressing any issues with the common areas, boiler,
roof and cleaning for the block.
Works include:
- Payment of bills – for the common areas
- Production of Service Charge statements to tenants
- Production of budgets
- Issuing of Section 20 Notices and collection of interim payments
- Looking after and addressing enquiries from the tenants
- Upgrade of the Boiler room plant to improve the efficiency
- Upgrade of the common area electrics
- Maintenance of the building (exterior and interior common areas)

- Boiler, inc Landlords Safety Certificates
- Insurance
- Cleaning
